Kar amac\u0131 g\u00fctmeyen bu dernek ile lezbiyenler, geyler, biseks\u00fceller, trans* insanlar ve her ya\u015ftan ve farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrden HIV \/ AIDS&#8217;li ki\u015filer g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, ya\u015fam\u0131 ve ya\u015fam tarzlar\u0131n\u0131n kabul\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct etmi\u015flerdir. \u00d6zellikle topluluk(lar)\u0131 etkinle\u015ftirerek, cinsel y\u00f6nelimlerini ve\/veya cinsiyet kimliklerini \u00f6zg\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde ya\u015famalar\u0131 konusunda insanlar\u0131 destekleme veya te\u015fvik etme hedefini takip ediyoruz. \u00d6zel bir odak noktam\u0131z da krizlerde veya zor ya\u015fam durumlar\u0131nda LGBT*I* &#8216;nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00f6zel zorluklar\u0131 olan gen\u00e7 LGBT*I* &#8216;ye olan desteklerimizdir. \u00d6zellikle b\u00fct\u00fcn Alanlarda(A\u00e7\u0131k) k\u0131smen \u00f6nc\u00fc olarak, gen\u00e7lik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, psikososyal dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve HIV\/CYBE \u00f6nleme konular\u0131nda temel yetkinliklerimizi e\u011fitip geli\u015ftirdik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f \u00e7e\u015fitlilik, dayan\u0131\u015fma, merak, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve mizah bizim g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fczd\u00fcr<\/strong>. Tekliflerin hi\u00e7birinde en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ortak paydaya tak\u0131lm\u0131yoruz. Renkli ve \u00e7e\u015fitli formlar, y\u00f6ntemler, yetenekler ve alt k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kaynaklarla, \u00f6zellikle ve k\u0131smen \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli insanlar\u0131 ve hedef gruplar\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Herkes i\u00e7in her \u015fey do\u011fru olmak zorunda de\u011fil ama m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse herkes i\u00e7in do\u011fru olan bir \u015feyler olmal\u0131 ve bulmal\u0131y\u0131z. Bizim i\u00e7in esas olan, (sosyo-) e\u011fitim veya sosyal hizmet uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile pratik ya\u015fam-d\u00fcnya yeterlili\u011finin birle\u015fimi ve ayr\u0131ca ilgili hedef grup(lar)\u0131n do\u011frudan kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Bizim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli olan bireysel taleplerden daha \u00e7ok, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f ve de\u011fi\u015fim i\u00e7in bir temel olarak herkesin duyuldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k bir diyalog ortam\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hedef gruplar\u0131m\u0131z, kabul ve \u00e7e\u015fitlilik i\u00e7in, sosyo-politik tart\u0131\u015fmalara g\u00fcvenle kat\u0131l\u0131r, di\u011fer kurulu\u015flarla i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapar, \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015femsiye kurulu\u015flarda yer al\u0131r ve &#8211; tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bir gen\u00e7lik refah\u0131 kurumu olarak &#8211; gen\u00e7lik refah\u0131 planlamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131nda yer al\u0131r\u0131z.
